This Lake was constructed by a divisional ruler. Uru Sitano lived in the period of king Maha Naga in 3 B.C. Specialty of this Lake is the stone cobra coil with seven hoods constructed near to the stone sluice. This place is situated at the 6th mile post in Ambilipitiya Sooriyawewa road in Sevanagala Mahagama Grama Niladhari Division.
