The Eight Biking Routes

1. Ella to Demodara Loop

A scenic 25 km ride that takes you through lush tea plantations, over the famous Nine Arches Bridge, and down to Demodara’s iconic railway loop.

2. Haputale to Lipton’s Seat

A moderate 18 km climb leading to one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Sri Lanka, offering panoramic views of the tea-covered hills.

3. Diyaluma Falls Trail

A thrilling 30 km off-road ride that winds through forests and remote villages, ending at the spectacular Diyaluma Falls, the second-highest waterfall in Sri Lanka.

4. Bandarawela to Pilkington Point

A rewarding 22 km cross-country ride with a mix of dirt paths and paved roads, leading to an incredible lookout point with views of the southern plains.

5. Ella to Namunukula

A challenging 35 km mountain route ascending to the peak of Namunukula, with steep climbs and technical downhill sections for experienced riders.
